Spontaneously....
" Yday night which driving back home from office, i noticed a child joining hands & bowing down his head to a small temple on the cross road while his mom drived.
Now, do you think that a child only 3 to 4 years old did that out of mindfulness / awareness / knowing ?
If yes, that's great.....
If no then off course, God would have loved that innocent gesture but do you think that child would have lived anything prayerful ?
If yes, that's great....
If no, then understand that whatever you do, if you do it out of absolute mindfulness / awareness / knowing only then you & that feeling reaches to higher peaks.
Look into yourself & around...."
