" Don't get identified with whatever happens to you or happening within you.
E.g. You feel angry, now try & understand it. Try & get clarity of how, why, what & when this anger rises....
Repression or indulgence neither help compared to clarity....
You r too too huge just to get identified with anger....
Have you noticed, that whatever happens to you, you find yourself at the beginning of it & also at the end also....
"You" remain rest everything passes away....
Probably you r not what you feel.... Lolz. Think about it buddy.
Look into yourself, make your each single breath more essential".
