Spontaneously & Humorously.....
" Pple r just so busy or rather trying to be so busy / occupied that they forget take into consideration their "Breathing" itself. Lolz 
Generally Pple like being busy or keep on trying to do something or the other is bcoz, When their free their natural & neutral being emerges which is generally having a very pathetic reality. Lolz 
The best part is that if you don't learn to be "free", existence will teach you to be so by time.
As you grow old, you'll not be able to do things even if you want to do, which will far more painful as it wouldn't a choice....
We r a part of this existence & existence by its very state isn't a "Doer".
Existence only flows, it doesn't "do" anything. We need to learn to flow rather than "doing".
"Be" rather than "Become". Learn to make yourself composed rather than just rushing outwards bcoz don't have anything interesting with yourself.
Look into yourself & around, what r you living".
