Spontaneously.....
" Happiness / joy r & can only be self sufficient.
It just cannot be a by product from anything....
Happiness has to be reasonless, if happiness is b'coz of a reason then it is the reason & not happiness which is working.....
Happiness which comes from something is conditioning.
Look into yourself & around, what r you living ?
