Without rest there can't be any hard work & visa versa, now 95% of humanity just can't rest, they just can't be at ease.
95% of Pple continuously need something or the other to do on physical or metal level, the whole of their life they just keep "Killing time" bcoz after an extent there is nowhere to go & there is nowhere to develop & the worst part is that they don't find themselves interesting enough.....
Now ask yourself plz, if you can't just "Be", will your doing reach anywhere ?
Plz stop killing time, choose to live.
Look into yourself & around, what are you living ?
