" Winning the mind or your thoughts is just not possible because thoughts = the Mind, they aren't different.
Its a only a play of energies.
Hence only focus on the thoughts or emotions which are more authentic.
E.g. You are feeling confused regarding something, then reflect upon yourself & ask that if we remove you from the situation then will the confusion remain ?
Yes or no.
If yes its authentic, if no that means that confusion is just a temporary flow.
E.g. Whenever you are feeling peaceful, as yourself that if we romeve you from the situation then will That peace remain ?
Yes or no.
I assure you whenever you'll do this with yourself, your heart will surely guide you for the authentic & temporary flows.
Always follow your heart because it started beating first than your mind started thinking....
The mind became alive due to the heart, without the heart there would not have been any mind.
Yes obviously following the mind will always be very easy & 95% people follow the mind only & reach nowhere.
Following the heart in the beginning may look like hell but at the end, life will be yours. Trust me on that, That's the reason why nature has chosen the heart to beat first for life & not the brain / Mind.
Be Authentic, not temporary.....
