😜Please drop the idea of "No mind" or "controlling the mind" or "controlling your thoughts & emotions" etc....
Your mind / thoughts / feelings are just as your hands, feet, lungs extra.
The problem is that you "Think" you are the mind. Its like what if you think that you are your toes ?
Well you would always be carrying & balancing weight.
Create a distance between yourself & the mind & then automatically the controlling will take place.
