The thing which you fear the most will diffidently happen because you are constantly thinking about it in one way or the other.
If you want to forget something, simply forget it. If you want to get rid of your Mind = unwanted thinking & emotions, then simply just don't give them attention, just don't bother about them.
Your attention gives power to thing, emotions, people, situations, thoughts.
Understand yourself, Just be clear about yourself, trust yourself & chuck it off, as simple as it gets, isn't ?
